Norma Carby is the driving force behind Normaknowz, a company dedicated to empowering individuals, groups and organizations to achieve their full potential.
Norma brings over 23 years of experience as a motivational speaker, consultant, life coach, and mentor. She holds a BA in Psychology from Manhattanville College, an ASS in Human Services, and an Executive and High Performance Leadership Certification from Cornell University. Additionally, she has earned eight specialized certifications from Udemy Higher Learning Education, further solidifying her expertise in various areas.
Norma's journey began in the UK, where her leadership qualities and charisma were evident from a young age. She broke barriers in the security industry, becoming the first black female Regional Director in a male-dominated field. This experience instilled in her the importance of resilience and achieving goals.
Norma's passion lies in helping others thrive. Through her unique guided tools and resources, she equips clients with the skills they need to succeed personally and professionally. Her key areas of focus include direct communication, problem-solving, empowerment training, and strategic initiatives designed to transform lives.
