NORMA CARBY
Behind the face of Normaknowz, is an amazing dynamic woman by the name of Norma Carby. Norma was born and raised in the United Kingdom, where she spent most of her adult life before relocating to the United States in the mid 2000’s. She holds a BA in Psychology from Manhattanville College, ASS in Human Services, Executive and High Performance Leadership Certification from Cornell University, and 8 additional certifications from Udemy Higher Learning Education that specialize and relate to her areas of expertise.
Growing up in England, Norma was known for her charisma and leadership among friends. She is someone who quickly earns the affection of those she meets and stays loyal to those who become close to her. During her time in England, Norma quickly worked her way up the ladder within the security industry, to become the first black female Regional Director to control all of the North West territory, which was and still a male dominated industry.
Now, as a Motivational Empowerment Speaker, Consultant, Life Coach and Mentor with 23 years experience training and developing individuals, groups, and businesses. Norma uses her unique guided tools and resources that will allow her clientele to succeed both professionally and personally. Key areas of focus encompass, direct communication, problem solving, empowerment training, and the use of strategic initiatives that will transform the clients needs and ultimately their life. Norma’s track record speaks for itself and has resulted in the retention of clients for over many years.
